Matheus Prado José is a medical student at Faculdade de Medicina São Leopoldo Mandic in Limeira, Brazil, attending on a full-tuition merit scholarship. Matheus works on constructing interactive single-cell and spatial multi-omics atlases of human cardiovascular disease, developing vascular digital twin models through single-cell gene regulatory networks, and applying computational drug discovery and structural biology pipelines to uncover novel therapeutic targets in atherosclerosis and calcific aortic valve disease.
